Edmund Jupp at Newbuildings, Southwater: age 73, 4 songs (FT1686ff) on 23 April 1908: Edmund Jupp was baptised at Nuthurst, Sussex on 26/7/1835, eldest of 6 children of William Jupp, agricultural labourer, and his wife Mary. He married Annie Smart at Nuthurst on 18/8/1863 and they had 5 children.

Edmund worked as an agricultural labourer all his life but moved about a bit – 1871 Sidlesham; 1881 Donnington; 1901 Duncton (ref RG13/954 f65 p2); and 1911 Southwater. He died January qr 1919 (Horsham 2b 609).
