Giles Adams of Isle Brewers (1821-1910): age 84, 1 song (FT603) on 26 Aug 1905: Giles was baptised in Isle Brewers church 29/7/1821, son of John Adams, labourer and his wife Mary. He lived his whole life in Isle Brewers village as an agricultural labourer. He married Martha Sparkes on 7/8/1851 at Fivehead church and they had 9 children. Martha was a glover in 1861 and a collar worker in 1881. Her daughter Elma was a shirt buttonholer in 1891. Giles died on 1/4/1910 aged 88.
