John Fackrell of Bridgwater (1833-1908): age 75, 5 songs 5 Apr 1907: John Fackrell was baptised at North Petherton church on 28/7/1833, son of John Fackrell, basket-maker and his wife Fanny. John carried on his father’s trade and on 21/6/1857 he married Jane Ann Crocker at Holy Trinity church Bridgwater. They moved from Angel Crescent to Back Street to Clare Street over the years, raising 7 children. In 1901 (RG13/2284 f70 p29) they were looking after 3 young grandchildren. John died on 27/4/1908.
